Want to keep that fresh salon healthy shiny look to your hair? Keep it simple. Drink water! Water supports your hair in the deep layers of the skin and works in combination with the scalp's natural oils to maintain moisture. If enough water is not stored in the body your hair will look dull as a result of dryness and result to a frizzy look and a lot of split ends. None of us like that! Remember, proper hydration starts from the inside. Drinking 4 to 8 cups of water a day to stay hydrated will keep your hair strong, aid in food digestion and maintain that radiance we all love. Damaged hair isn’t attractive. Keeping those locks full of moisture is not an option, for great hair it’s a requirement. So, next time you see yourself going for that juice or soda, put it back and grab the water! It’s essential to maintain the look you want, sexy, healthy, shiny and beautiful hair. Healthy and Beautiful hair on a budget!
Who says having healthy, and beautiful hair has to break the bank? I've found some amazing $15 and under products that gives you that expensive salon look and at a fraction of the cost. Okay, here we go:
Shampoos& Conditioners
For you color treated gals give Suave professionals Keratin Infusion Color Care a try. It cleanses your hair while minimizing the fading of the color. It also gives you a beautiful shine and smooth to the touch feeling. For frizzy, dry, damaged locks I got something for you! It’s TRESemme Naturals Moisture. Both of these products provide that moisture your hair is missing.
Hair Protection
Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Perfector Straightening Mist is top notch. First of all it smells great! I've used this myself and on most of my clients, from thick coarse hair to thin. It's a hit!! If you're gonna flat iron, I recommend protection, protection, protection! That's exactly what this product does. It's one of my personal faves. Now for those little frizzes. We all have them from time to time and a good solution is Suave Sleek Anti Frizz Cream. It's a creamy product and it doesn’t weigh your hair down, nor is it greasy which I love! It’s a great product to use after a flat iron or a good blow dry and you get this pretty shine. That’s always a plus!
Hairsprays
I like the hold, but touchable feeling so I'm recommending Dove Flexible Hold. I use this on my curls, up-dos and also on my straight hair days. It's awesome! It allows your hair to look naturally pretty without feeling stiff. Thank you for the support! And remember Healthy Hair is Beautiful Hair!! Till next time............Missy

Healthy foods to keep that healthy hair
Welcome to my new blog everybody! I'll be sharing fun tips with you I
practice daily to keep those locks healthy and
beautiful at all times. I start my day
with a great workout, then I'll make a smoothie and add
Kale, carrots, apples, bananas and strawberries with protein powder..
Yummy!!! Kale is a great addition to your diet that keeps your locks
looking marvelous. You
can eat it raw or in salads, or bake them and make chips. Those are
great! I've also used Kale blended with carrots in my turkey and beef
meat-loafs. Kale promotes healthy hair growth and ads plenty of beta carotene and vitamins A and C which nourishes your hair.
Another great food group are grains. Nuts such as almonds, pecans, walnuts, macadamia, and cashews. I eat almonds throughout
the day in between meals. Add your favorite nuts to salads with
veggies, and chicken salads as well. Nuts contain linoleic acid, an essential omega-6 fatty acid oil,
and help with
healthy hair growth.. Lastly my personal favorite............. Salmon! Salmon
contains the essential Omega 3' fatty acids which provide nourishment to the hair
follicles. This
will maintain strong healthy hair, and prevent
hair-loss. It's also awesome for your skin. I hope these tips are helpful
to
you all.. Thank you for the support! And remember Healthy Hair is
Beautiful Hair!! Till next time............Missy
